Dating back to 3000 BC, Mykonos Island was supposed to be the place of battle between Zeus and the Gigantes. The island was named in honor of Mykons, the grandson of Apollo. Back then, Delos, situated 2 kms away was very densely populated and Mykonos was the supply base for the island.
A new facility but not a new concept for Royal Caribbean and Disney Cruise Lines has revealed that their new ò€˜Disney Dream" cruise liner is to include a spa facility for those aged between 13 and 17. Whilst not an original concept within the cruise holidays market, the integration of such a service on their first new ship in over ten years will no doubt attract teens wanting to relax and perhaps get some growing pains soothed.
