Travelling to Jamaica? Visit Montego Bay and Ocho Rios
 Two of the most visited towns are Ocho Rios and Montego Bay . Ocho Rios: Ocho Rios attracts the highest number of visitors mainly because it is also the cruise capital of the island. It is home to one of Jamaica "s most enduring attractions, the Dunn"s River Falls , where water cascades from a height of over 600 feet on a series of stone steps leading right to the top of the fall. Visit the falls and you"ll find people forming a human chain and making their way to the top. Be sure to carry a waterproof camera to capture the moments. Nearby is the Dolphins Cove, where apart from the dolphins, you can actually swim with trained nurse sharks, this is ofcourse if you are adventurous enough. You can also visit the Green Grotto caves which are inseparable from the history of the island for it is here that the runaway slaves sought shelter from their colonial rulers. You can also go for activities such as bamboo rafting and white water rafting.
 Montego Bay: Affectionately referred to as ð€˜MoBay" by the locals, Montego Bay is home to five challenging golf courses. You can also visit Doctor"s Cave Beach , which is fed by mineral springs and is believed to have medicinal benefits. The other major attraction is the ð€˜hip strip" home to several shops, restaurants and nightclubs and it is here that all the visitors and locals converge when the sunsets over the magnificent white sandy beaches of the island.
